Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
    8 oz. sour cream
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Saute the onion in butter.
    Add soup and chicken; bring to a boil.
    Add sour cream and stir until well blended.
    Dip tortillas in boiling water or chicken broth.
    Fill tortillas with one tablespoon of the chicken mixture and a little cheese.
    Then roll up.
    Pour remaining filling over all and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
