Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
    3 large fresh carrots, sliced or 1 (16 oz.) can drained
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place meat, vegetables, salt
    and
    pepper
    in
    pressure cooker or saucepan; cover with water.
    Pressure cook for 20 to 30 minutes or
    boil
    until
    tender.
    Mix flour and water in a bowl.
    Bring meat
    mixture
    back to a boil.
    Slowly add flour mixture (using a strainer) until desired consistency.
