Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz or Town House)
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Drain pineapple; reserve 6 tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar, flour and reserved juice. Add pineapple and cheese. Mix well. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Combine butter and cracker crumbs; mix well. Sprinkle over prepared mixture. Bake 30 minutes and serve warm or cold.
