Sherbet Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 vanilla wafers
18 oz. whipped topping
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 to 2 qt. sherbet
Preparation

Crumble cookies.
Mix the cookies with half of whipped topping.
Spread in bottom of 9 x 12-inch dish.
Spread sherbet, which has been slightly softened, over mixture.
Mix the pecans with remaining half of topping.
Spread over sherbet.
Freeze overnight.
Garnish with lime, lemon, pineapple or orange slices.
