Chicken Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 split, skinless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. catsup
1 can Coke Classic
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place chicken in a casserole dish.
Add onion, salt and pepper.
Over this, pour catsup.
Pour Coke over entire casserole (only Coke will work).
Bake in oven 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cover with lid to keep chicken moist.
The Coke and catsup make a barbecue sauce.
