Horseradish Mayonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

Combine egg yolks and seasonings.
Add very small amount of oil and vinegar alternately, beating vigorously until mixture thickens.
Chill.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
