Lima Bean Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 (No. 303) can lima beans or you may cook your own
    4 c. hot water
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. diced celery
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown meat. Add all other ingredients.
    Cover and cook 30 minutes on simmer. Remove cover and cook 15 minutes more. Garnish with parsley and serve.
