Corn Fritter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. creamed corn
    1 gal. whole corn
    2 boxes deluxe griddle mix (Pillsbury)
    1/2 gal. milk
    2 to 2 1/2 gal. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and make like pancakes.
    Served at the Kutztown Folk Festival.
    This can be frozen until you need it. Serve with butter or syrup or both.
    Makes about 4 gallons.
