Galotobouriko - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. milk
3/4 c. farina
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
8 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
3/4 lb. filo
3/4 lb. butter, melted
Preparation

Scald milk.
Add farina slowly, stirring constantly.
Beat eggs and add sugar to them.
Beat thoroughly.
Add to milk mixture slowly, stirring constantly.
Cook until custard begins to thicken.
Add butter, vanilla and salt and stir until butter is melted.
Cool, stirring occasionally, to prevent the custard from forming a crust.
