Potato Latkes(Israel) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    6 eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    2 medium onions
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Grate potatoes and onions.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add flour and salt.
    Mix well.
    Fry in deep fat in frying pan, dropping from tablespoon.
    Turn only once.
    Drain on paper toweling.
    Makes about 3 dozen pancakes.
    Tastes great with applesauce or sour cream.
