"Healthy" Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, at room temperature
    1/2 c. chunky real peanut butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Stir flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
    In a large mixing bowl, cream butters with sugars, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix in oatmeal and chocolate chips.
    (Add sunflower seeds or nuts if desired.) Blend in dry ingredients.
    Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
