Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    6 to 7 potatoes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins, peel and chunk.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add cheese and soup, chunky potatoes.
    Mix together.
