Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated raw carrots
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine carrots, eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
    Pour into greased pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
