Rolled Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roasting chicken
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook roasting chicken, baked or boiled.
    If baked, will need to add enough water to juice from chicken to make 4 quarts of liquid.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in only until blended 2/3 cup milk.
    Roll out on floured paper or board. Cut in 2-inch squares.
    Drop individually into boiling liquid.
    Do not cover.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
