Royal Rhubarb Crisp(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. quick tapioca
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in 8-inch square ungreased casserole.
    Toss lightly to mix.
    Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Combine last 6 ingredients until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until rhubarb is tender.
