Carrots With Orange And Cardamon(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
1 medium eating orange
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Preparation

Thinly slice carrots.
Squeeze orange, reserving both juice and pulp.
Saute carrots with cardamon in hot butter for about 15 minutes.
Add orange juice and pulp.
Season with pepper and cook until tender.
