Potatoes Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    3 chopped green onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Cool, peel and grate coarsely. Combine 1/4 cup butter and cheese, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Spoon mix into 2-quart shallow casserole; dot with butter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
