Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated yellow cheese
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix everything except cheese together.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Take out and sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts.
