Hungarian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, soak in water 2 to 3 minutes; squeeze dry
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine bread slices with all ingredients.
    Shape in balls. Brown in oil; drain.
    Simmer in spaghetti sauce for 1 hour.
