Marti'S Luscious (Yet Diet) Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. graham crackers, divided
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
    3 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Lite
Preparation
    Butter the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Line with graham crackers (not crushed).
    In a small bowl, mix vanilla pudding with 1 3/4 cups milk.
    Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in half of Cool Whip.
    Spread over graham crackers in dish. Place a second layer of crackers.
    Prepare chocolate pudding as above, folding in remaining Cool Whip.
    Spread over second layer of crackers.
    Chill 3 hours.
    May be garnished with a dab of Cool Whip.
