Zesty Snack Mix(Makes About 6 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. prepared popcorn
    1 1/2 c. dry roasted, unsalted mixed nuts
    3 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
    1 (0.7 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine popcorn and nuts; set aside.
    In small bowl, combine margarine, mustard and salad dressing mix.
    Pour over popcorn mixture, toss to coat well.
    Spread in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven; stir in raisins.
    Spread on paper towels to cool.
    Store in airtight container.
