Wheat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. wheat, soaked overnight, cooked 1 1/4 hours with salt, then cooled
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, put cream cheese.
    Sprinkle pudding over it and mix.
    Add lemon juice and pineapple and mix.
    Fold in wheat, nuts and Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate.
