Diet Blueberry Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 egg
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine 1st 5 ingredients.
    Make well in center.
    Combine next 4 ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins, 150 calories each.
