Mexican Layered Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
    1 small can salsa
    1 c. chopped green onions (including tops)
    2 c. chopped tomatoes (approximately 3 medium)
    1 (6 oz.) can chopped black olives, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    On a large platter (9 x 13-inch or 10-inch round), layer ingredients in the following order:
    jalapeno dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, salsa, onions, tomatoes, olives and Monterey Jack cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
