Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Rich's frozen loaf bread, thawed
    4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly flour surface and roll each loaf to an 11 x 8-inch rectangle.
    Place sausage down the middle of loaf.
    Layer 2 cups cheese and 1/2 of meat and spinach on both loaves.
    Gently fold ends of bread over and pinch to seal.
    Roll over onto 2 cookie sheets; pinched ends should be on bottom.
    Brush egg white mixture over loaves.
    Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.
    Makes 2 rolls.
