4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
1/2 c. Italian-flavored breadcrumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. water or white wine
paprika
Preparation

Brush chicken with mustard and dredge in breadcrumbs.
Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
