Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ripe avocados, halved and seeded
    1 small tomato, diced
    1/4 c. mild diced green chilies
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    With a large spoon, scoop pulp from skin of avocados into a bowl.
    Mash avocados with potato masher, leaving slightly chunky; set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Fold into avocados gently, not to mush.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Serve as dip with tortilla chips.
    Yields 4 cups.
