Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 to 1 1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.\tCut in shortening.
    Mix water, egg and vinegar.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Mix.
    Can be kept in refrigerator two weeks.
