Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
butter (size of 2 walnuts)
sliced pineapple
maraschino cherries
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

Melt the butter with the brown sugar.
Place sliced pineapple in brown sugar mixture.
Place cherries in center of pineapple slices.
Make batter of flour, baking powder, white sugar, pineapple juice and egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add to batter.
Pour the batter over the pineapple slices and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
