Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. leftover steak
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. uncooked noodles
    1 c. sour cream
    2 (10 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 round onion, diced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Start to cook noodles.
    In a large skillet, cook onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes.
    Slice steak thinly and add to onion and garlic.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add cream of mushroom soup; cook until creamy.
    Add sour cream.
    Stir for 1 minute or until mixed well.
    Add cooked noodles and pepper to taste.
    Serve with rolls and salad.
