Bierox - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread dough
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 small to medium cabbage
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare bread dough; let rise.
    In large saucepan, combine shortening, cabbage, onion, salt and pepper; cook down.
    Brown hamburger in skillet; drain.
    Combine with cabbage mixture.
