Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
3 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
4 c. milk
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Chop cookies in blender (finely crushed).
By hand, blend margarine and Oreos.
Set aside.
