Paper Cup Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 banana, diced
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 drops red food coloring
    1 lb. can pitted Bing cherries, drained
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, drained pineapple, banana and food coloring.
    Lightly fold in nuts and cherries.
    Spoon into paper muffin cups, which have been placed in 3-inch muffin pans.
    Cover with plastic wrap to freeze.
    Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
    Remove from paper cups and place on greens.
