Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 large jar pimentos
    1 can LeSueur Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 small can LeSueur green peas, drained
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring to boil the sugar, vinegar, Wesson oil, salt and pepper to taste.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Toss over well mixed vegetables and cool.
