Camp Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (red, preferably)
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    2 green peppers, thinly sliced
    2 yellow (summer) squash, diced
    1/2 lb. margarine
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and slice.
    In large bowl toss potatoes, onions, peppers and squash.
    Arrange 6 sheets of aluminum foil.
    Place potato mixture in center of each sheet.
    Dot with pats of margarine; sprinkle with cheese.
    Seal foil around mixture.
    Place foil in hot coals or on top of grill.
    Cook approximately 40 minutes or until tender.
