Tortilla Appetizer Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1 Tbsp. minced jalapeno peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    salsa
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and sour cream; mix well.
    Stir in chilies, onion, jalapenos, salt and pepper.
    Spread 1 tortilla with about 1/4 cup of mixture; top with another tortilla.
