Apricot Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 Graham crackers
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. dried apricots, chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line 9X13 pan with 15 squares of Graham crackers. Melt margarine in saucepan. Mix in together sugar and egg, and add milk. Cook together until slightly thick, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, nuts and apricots. Add vanilla.
