Vegetable Pasta With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. uncooked mostaccioli
    2 c. broccoli florets
    2 c. cauliflower florets
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. Fontina cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Add vegetables during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
    Drain.
    Gently toss in a large bowl with shredded cheeses, 2 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and margarine.
