Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 lb. zucchini squash
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. pimento
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. cheese Ritz crackers
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Mix sliced squash with melted butter and place in casserole. Combine the egg, mayonnaise, onion, pepper, pimento and sugar and spoon over squash.
    Sprinkle grated cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
