Jan'S Grape Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. Concord grapes
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lemon, juiced
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pie crust
Preparation

Separate grape pulp from skins.
Cook pulp until you can strain out seeds.
Mix all ingredients and skins.
Put in pie shell with lattice top and dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
The grapes cook down.
