Peppered Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3 cans hominy, drained
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix all the ingredients and put in glass baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
