Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 pork chops
    2 medium onions
    3 green peppers
    1 large can tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Cut onions and peppers and put on top of pork chops.
    Add the tomato juice and simmer for about an hour or until onions and pepper are tender.
    The tomato juice, onion and pepper mixture is good over boiled potatoes.
