Tex Mex Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. V-8 juice
    1 (20 oz.) can drained kidney beans
    green and red pepper
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan over medium heat, brown beef, onions, chili powder and pepper until brown.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Stir in V-8 juice and heat to boiling, stirring often.
    Reduce to low heat and stir in beans. Simmer for 30 minutes.
