Bread Machine Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. dry yeast
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer.
    Place on dough cycle.
    When dough cycle is complete, remove dough and roll about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into 2-inch rounds and place in lightly greased pan.
    Allow to rise about 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
    (Makes good raisin scones.)
