Festive Cheese Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped up pimentos
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    chopped nuts or toasted sesame seeds
    1 (6 oz.) finely shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring cheese to room temperature and the butter or margarine. Beat in small bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except nuts or seeds. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Divide mixture into 2 equal parts; shape into logs. Roll in chopped nuts or seeds. Wrap in plastic wrap securely and store in refrigerator.
