Harvest Gold Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. water (skimp)
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello, cheese and marshmallows in boiling water.
    Let set until partially thick.
    Add pineapple, carrots and nuts.
    Mix well and fold in Cool Whip.
    Makes 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Double recipe for 13 x 9-inch pan.
