Beef Steak Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut and floured
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can mushrooms
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. water (hot)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onion.
    Add liquid with dissolved bouillon cubes.
    Cover; cook 2 hours.
    Add mushrooms and sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles.
