Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
1 small can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each mini muffin cup.
Spoon 1 teaspoon creamed mixture into muffin cups.
