Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
    1 (3 oz.) box lime jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. nuts
    pimento (optional)
Preparation
    Mix jello and water. Let set for a little, then add pineapple, celery, horseradish, mayo and cottage cheese.
    Nuts and pimento are optional.
