Eileen'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 tsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans tomatoes
    4 c. water
    2 cans chili beans with chili gravy
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to meat. Chop tomatoes and add to meat with the water.
    Heat 15 to 20 minutes, covered.
    Simmer for a long time (at least 5 hours).
    A half hour before serving, add chili beans.
    Serve with bowls of onions and grated sharp Cheddar cheese on the side.
